The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, booking travel arrangements, and managing client accounts.

Responsibilities:

Research, price and book travel arrangements for clients including flights, hotels, rental cars, and tours
Provide exceptional customer service to clients through email, phone and in-person interactions
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client profiles and travel itineraries
Stay up-to-date on travel industry trends and new destinations
Handle any issues or complaints that may arise during travel

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
open minded
coachable
Must be authorized to work in the USA, Australia or Mexico
