The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, booking travel arrangements, and managing client accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Research, price and book travel arrangements for clients including flights, hotels, rental cars, and tours
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients through email, phone and in-person interactions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client profiles and travel itineraries
- Stay up-to-date on travel industry trends and new destinations
- Handle any issues or complaints that may arise during travel
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- open minded

- Must be authorized to work in the USA, Australia or Mexico
